Looking for a CRM for a small to medium size web agency

almost 5 years ago from , I am a Web Designer/Developer

Hey everyone, Appreciate your help in advance. Looking for a CRM for capturing and storing sales leads and client discussions not relating to Project Management. We already have a system in place for managing projects but not for managing and capturing sales leads.

What do you use for customer management? Why do you prefer a certain CRM over another?

    Hey Nicholas,

I'm the head product guy at Close.io - you should check us out at http://close.io/ -- or so it's not just me tooting my own horn, see what some of our customers are saying at http://www.quora.com/Reviews-of-Close-io

We have had a number of web/design agencies use us as well.

Basically, we've tried to make a CRM that streamlined and reduces manual data entry, to help you get more done. Would love to hear any feedback you have and I'd also be happy to answer any questions about the CRM landscape in general.

      Hey Phil,

After speaking with your co-founder on support chat I have a list of big cons for your software:

      • You can't delete your account with all your data, e-mail, organization name, etc because "It's just not possible to "completely" delete all your data. No company claiming to ever delete all your data does that".
      • You can't registerer with @hotmail domain because "I don't know anyone who uses @hotmail" argument.

It's not the best way to treat your customers. Now I'm banned from the app so I can't even change my personal information for dummy text other way than using mobile phone.

I'm testing few other CRM systems and Base https://getbase.com and Highrise http://highrisehq.com looks awesome and simple enough for a small/medium size companies.

If you guys use Google or Google Apps, then its really hard to beat https://www.streak.com - These folks are killing it with their seamless integration.

I accepted a new position 2 weeks ago at a company that's developing one with a handful of other features baked in. Give us a few months and it'll be out.

I just installed streak and getting a feel of it now. Alongside Google apps for business it seams like a simple migration to a crm.

Might be worth it to check out AirTraffic.

Note: I've never used it but followed some of its progress as it's from Bold / Noah Stokes
