What tools do you guys use when planning for a project? I use Gantt Charts, what about you?
I just use Google Calendar for time planning. Setting up color coded calendars can make things so much more manageable. It's almost too easy to micro-manage my time now haha.
Harvest is fantastic for invoicing and actual time tracking (as opposed to planning). I tend to lay out a schedule in advance with my calendar, then loosely follow through while tracking my time to see where it deviates.
Todoist has been my to-do list app of choice for a long while. It's multiplatform support is some of the best out there... Though I'm considering making a switch to any.do once I have time to give it a proper trial run.
