Ask DN: How do you present your 3D animated work to the client?

I run a little 3D mapping studio and we make 3D content for local events.

Everything is rock-n-roll, except one little problem. Clients want to see how the stuff looks like throughout the creation process. And it's never quite easy. Since it's 3D we have to render everything for each meeting in at least half-rez and everything should look just like it will be in the show, because clients can't see what is not there yet. It takes hours and eternal iterations, which is not good in any way.

So my question is: how do you present your 3D animations to the client?
