-- For France -- At Tigerlily, we work with Badcass http://www.badcass.com/2011/10/carte-de-visite-tigerlily/ They're a small team producing outstanding work ! I don't know if they work with other countries.
Moo is a solid choice. Especially the Luxe Cards.
Same here, so far I only had moo cards and they are pretty nice :)

Just a note, they are not standard sized business cards, so you'll have to purchase one of their card holders.
Go with Moo's LUXE cards they're standard size and have much higher quality printing.
— For Australia — I've used Salt Print before and been really happy. Good service, great price, alright quality (depends how picky you want to be).
