Looking to update my podcast list and figured it would be good for all of us to share.
I'm consistently impressed by 99% Invisible
For startup/bootstrapper interviews, How to Build a Rocketship is by far one of my favorites: http://howtobuildarocketship.com/podcast/
I try to avoid the design stuff when I'm designing, but LMM has been speaking to me lately.
I've been meaning to listen to this!
Do it. I recommend the "Design Tests" episode to start with... not every episode is always on topic.
They take a lot of tangents, which personally I love also my knowledge of Disney World has exponentially grown since listening to LMM
The best for me: ShowTalk
I also like: Design Matters (interviews with Erik Spiekermann, Hartmut Esslinger etc.) and Let's Make Mistakes.
Also tried Unfinished Business, Happy Monday and Adventures in Design, but there's too much chatter about unrelated stuff for me.
Today I discovered The UX Intern, which also sounds quite interesting. I listen to them while exercising or cleaning the house.
Happy Monday, BLNCE, Hired., Life+Limb, Working Out, Narwhals, Iterate and The UX Intern... you're welcome! ;)
Sean McCabe's podcast and Zeldman's The Big Web Show are both excellent.
The Talk Show, Accidental Tech Podcast, and On The Grid.
Thanks @paul! Hadn't heard accidental. I'm a fan of the hosts, so I'm sure it will be good.

The only one I listen to is Critical Path, good market analyses. When do you guys listen to all the podcasts?
I usually listen to them while driving or on the train. I really can't pay attention to them while working. I wish I could thought, I'd burn through a lot more episodes.
Shoptalk Show has been great for a while. Their interviews are very interesting.
Although I get sick of listening to that bearded guy's 'um like dude-man-bro' word salad sometimes.
