      Some animations are triggered based on another animation's end event when they should be starting a few moments before. I should also tweak the easing on different movements.

      I'll try to improve.

      For the record Framer.js is a prototyping tool, 'Material Design' is great and this demo is impressive, point ... as is a similar exploration done with keynote http://vimeo.com/100377108

      New and old tools to help interaction designers explore their ideas don't need to be 'as smooth as it needs to be'. These are prototypes. I applaud these designers ingenuity for getting more out of the kit they already have.

      No one is making production level Android apps in framer.js and keynote, calm down buddy :)
