Great post.. I work in this industry as well and I try to push the standards. It's a different world from the consumer business.

200x this. Enterprise design has ben neglected the sexy shine that everything else gets over the years. Admittedly, it's hard to make that sort of work sexy, but it's incredibly important and satisfying.
