When I look at these things, I always think to myself - "It's actually easier just to write the code." I feel like the only interfaces for building these organic UI's that I've seen which really impresses me is the stuff that Bret Victor demos.

Another design tool that ignores Windows users :(

This is actually just a "tool box" for Quartz Composer.

So to be fair, this is really the same design tool, still ignoring windows, because it's owned by Apple.

I'm going to ask the question, don't hate me. Is something comparable available for PC? Obviously Quartz is mac only. Damn elitists..

      It's a good question.

I think the answer is "No".. But I really have no idea. Maybe someone should look into building something ;)

The biggest advantage of Quartz Composer (and Sketch, if you want to go that far) is their active communities building plugins and providing support. Even if there were a comparable tool, many active designers and design toolbuilders use Macs, so it's doubtful you'll ever reach critical mass on the community end of things, which would make any tool much less useful.

Framer works on both Mac and Windows, including the Photoshop importer: http://framerjs.com/more.html#compatibility
