I'm interested to see how you guys use the iPhone in your work process. Whether it's apps like Skala Preview or something that helps you with productivity etc. Thanks!
I try to use it to separate business from personal - i.e browsing Facebook , personal email accounts, etc. - because I'll spend less time on a mobile device as well as to create a mental separation that my work computer is for work and my personal devices are for personal business.
Doesn't always happen. I have legit needs to be on Facebook for work and since it HAS to be accessed from my personal account, I end up getting distracted. I also use my phone to test responsive emails on a real device.
Honestly, Fantastical has been one of the most useful and worthwhile app purchases I've made. I've recently slimmed down the number of apps on my device to what I "need" and it's really just a few well thought out calendar and reminder lists. Between notes/voice memos/camera I can capture anything important. The basics the phone has is often enough. I like Fantastical because of how seamlessly it brings events/tasks into one comfortable setting.
I use Wunderlist quite a bit, but in all honestly if I'm sat at my desk I'll only use my phone for music (because the headphone jack on the iMac is so awkward).
