Does anyone know of a plugin being worked on for Sketch that would generate redlines, kind of like Specctr? (Hopefully better)... a plugin like this would be extremely useful and a big time-saver when sharing our UI work with developers.

There were rumors of a viewer application that would do all of this. One where a developer could open the Sketch file and be presented with a UI and the tools for copying font information, picking colors, checking dimensions and distances as well as pulling assets.
It's Zeplin, but still in Beta. It's nice and I still need to mess around with it more, but it's another piece of software that you use in addition to Sketch. https://zeplin.io/
