This is great. It's a good response to a common thought/question which comes up for people who have no understanding of product design and/or development. Also, people assume the rules are different in software compared to other types of product design because the feedback loop is quicker.
We're all guilty of it though, in our weaker moments, and this is a nice reminder that often, the decisions of whether or not to do something are not influenced solely by the size, talent or resources of a team.
As a great artist once said, it's a little bit more complex than that.
