Ask DN: How do you keep track of ideas?

How do you keep track and write down your big ideas?

My current process is a hybrid between Evernote and Field Notes.

I forget all about them, except for the fact that I had an awesome idea that I forgot all about.

Gotta sneak an Alice In Wonderland quote in: 'Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.' – I need a better way of remembering those six impossible things.

I use my moleskine as a design journal to keep track of stuff I do at work. When it comes to tracking ideas, I don't take a whole lot of notes though... mostly sketches with labels.
