Love the interactivity of the site, from the replying robot to dragging elements in.

The screen scroll after dragging the image had a nice easing too. My screen didn't feel like it was hi-jacked. GJ on the new redesign. It does a good job conveying what the site is about.

Very cool idea to be able to chat with Clive Bot ... wonder if people would like talking to a girl bot instead? ;-)

I really like the interactions in the app and the new home page does a great job of explaining the concept and features. Nicely done Matt and Katie :-)

Bittersweet. Liked the $5/mo but I understand the need to increase with more features.

The whole pricing structure seems double what it should be. Anyone else agree?

Absolutely lovely site. One of the best I've seen in a while. All the subtle detail is spot on. I guess you must have dogfooded your service when designing it right?

Did we ever! We're really easily annoyed by things, so dogfooding pushed us to make it cleaner, make it faster, make it feel tactile. I hope that came across.

Hands down one of my favorite services. They do a great job making something useful incredibly easy to use and have a great attention to detail. Their invoices even come in as messages from "the master of coin", the whole platform is friendly, easy and fast.

How have you found the paid service?

Up until this point I was on the previous pricing option that was $6 for what they now call 'singles'. I like the idea of using projects to keep track of revision #'s but the pricing looks a bit steep. If I'm forced to upgrade to keep using the service I will, but I would be much happier if the $20/mo covered 10-15 projects instead.

I'd maybe like to see a few more projects included for the $20, but you can archive them and open them backup when needed.

It's a super great service with the utmost attention paid to detail and intuitiveness (reminds me of Flinto in a lot of these regards). I'm more than happy to pay the $20 to help support their awesome team.

Have been using Red Pen for awhile- really great product. But $20 seems steep compared to the old price. It's just that there are so many monthly subscriptions to pay, and even with my work covering some, this is a lower priority one for me. I'd subscribe for $9 or $10 maybe. Great product nonetheless.

Can anyone offer any input on comparing this to a service like InvisionApp?

So it's no longer free to just randomly throw up projects? I loved it for occasionally throwing a draft up for a remote client but I never really used it enough to justify $20/month on it.

I'm not paying anything and I can use it, maybe I'm on some sort of free trial but it doesn't feel like it...

It still works for free as it always has (chuck something up quickly; it lasts for 20 days), but we don't publicise that anywhere. (Perhaps that's a mistake and we should.)

I've seen this project grow from the beginning. It's exciting to see how it has matured since then. Congrats to the incredibly talented individuals behind this fantastic product!
