Resources for learning UI Animation with After Effects

Dribbble is trawled with fancy UI animation gifs mostly key frame animated using After effects.

I wanted to ask the DN community, if they have stumbled upon any relatively (low cost) and straight to point resources to learn After effects animation. (Either at a novice or intermediate level).

It's not After Effects but what i use is Photoshop i just put my layout to Motion and i start animating. I find it pretty good for the small animation i make.
