Am I the only one who's a little disappointed? Also how do I search?! Or am I not allowed to search. hmm. Feels a bit thin..
agreed. incredibly limited, a substantial step back from the web site.
I think it's perfectly acceptable for a V1. The experience they launched is simple and polished. I'm sure that they're working on commenting/search/etc behind the scenes.
I think it's a bit below a MVP, I can't find articles I like to read like I can online therefore it's a MUCH weaker experience. I hope they bring it in soon.
Tested it this morning while on the way to the office and the whole experience was really great and smooth.
Something I miss is the ability to share the quotes of the article. Otherwise, this is first-page-of-homescreen material.
No iPad app? Love the iPhone app though!
The image blur effect is even better on mobile. I figured they wouldn't include the ability to write, but I thought they would add search, and more navigation. I guess this is only v1 :)
Nice execution, but I don't find myself ever opening up Medium without a specific article in mind, linked to from twitter or here, as the scope of what I could read is too large. Also that might just be me, ha.
Love the reading experience. I'm even more excited about the ability to write with the iOS app!
Little disappointed that I don't have access to my stats/account, but still impressed with the app! Great job.
