Introducing Messaging on RadPad

Hey guys. We launched a major new feature on RadPad the other day: realtime messaging. Location data (for transparency and reducing scams), and read receipts (to know when a landlord or renter has seen your message) are also built in. It works cross-platform (Web + iOS) with the Android version coming very soon.

If you're looking for a place to live, we're in all the major US cities and I'd love to hear if you have any feedback. That's what makes us better.

    Very slick interface. I just listed my own apartment.

    The first time I loaded up the "Find a pad" page, it froze my chrome tab and I had to close it. Might want to do some profiling there.

    Seems to be working fine now, though.

      We're working on that issue right now, actually. Caching things client-side should help performance. We have tons of pads loading into the clusters (not a bad problem to have, I suppose) and this growth has caused us to totally re-evaluate how we deal with pad sorting.
