Generally speaking what are the steps to your workflow? When do you do certain things like flowcharts and wireframes in the timeline?
Generally speaking, I start out with a general list of project requirements, and then depending on the complexity of the project I will make a flow or rough wireframe to work out use-cases. This is usually fairly informal and may just consist of sticky notes on a white board. Once I'm confident of the direction I can refine as I go.
