The plane turns around on the runway when you scroll back up. I love little things like that!
The plane! The plane!
Are people still making non-responsive sites advertising mobile apps? Surely responsive should be pretty much standard on sites like this?
high price for something Google Now does by default.
High price? Seriously? It's $3.99. That's less than a cup of coffee. Google Now doesn't look that good, either.
you have very expensive taste in coffee.
i dunno. the fact that you have to manually enter the flight info makes it a hard sell for me. design-wise, google now appears much more legible, better organized, less eye candy.
to each their own, i guess.
Fair enough. I guess I just don't mind helping out designers trying out new beautiful apps like this! Sort of like a Kickstarter haha :)
I'm with you. Even buying a $.99 app is a hard sell, it has to add enough value for me that I couldn't get elsewhere. The higher the price the more I have to evaluate the value it will really add. Maybe that's just me though.
Here's one i purchased a while back just to check out the interactions/animations, really nice
Like the driving time thing.
The design is wonderful, but for a dollar more I'd rather have the features of FlightTrack.
App is really beautiful, although I agree that the most important info (the countdown timer) is a little under-pronounced.
Also, I just can't get over the fact that website isn't retina-optimized, including the "A beautifully crafted flight tracking app" text image.
Another great app, great show by InnovationBox! Congrats!
Two days ago I thought about making an app like this. So glad I don't have to do it now.
I find the time a little recessive. To me it's the most important piece of info.
Lovely site design. The progress bar is the little detail that makes it stand out imo :)
