Curious to know if there was a reason why you left out a portfolio or work samples? That was the first thing I looked for.

Thank you for the feedback! I just updated to include a few of my clients. The output from my work doesn't tend to be comps, or even showable wireframes, as it's often strategy or very internal stuff. I'm working on putting together some case studies that would show my process and how I can help teams more thoroughly than the site already does; do you think case studies plus the client logos fill to need of wanting to see work samples?

I think client logos are less important than case studies. I would dedicate a case studies section to your site. Most clients want to get a sense of the work you can do, and if you can tell the story in a case study (you don't really need too many visuals if you don't have it) that illustrates your thinking process, I think that will be really strong.

I just did a little refresh of my own site and would love some feedback from you lovely designers. I'm a freelance consultant in Portland who does all sorts of user experience design work and enjoys working with startups the most. Thanks for looking!

The icons feel a little tight to the text, opening up the space would have the design breathe a little better. Also check your line height on the "thanks for visiting" sign off, again looks a little tight. The got on the i is almost bashing up against the descender on the G
