I used to put funny / stupid text in mocks and flows, but I have stopped doing that, and try to come up with realistic (at least at the time of design) text during the time of putting together the design.
The reason I did that, because, at times the mocks will be used to present to other teams (engineers, business development, sales, what have you), and having placeholder text is sometimes distracting and people can't take the mock too seriously.
The danger of that, of course, is people would think that's a finished product and ready to ship.
I'm not sure if wine example was done by mistake. The others are really funny.
I've done this in a newspaper before. It was the sole headline and by far the most noticeable piece of text on a full page budget report. Didn't feel good to say the least!
At least it wasn't offensive though, that Lenovo one is horrific.
