This was a great way to advertise just how much care goes into building their bags. Loved the humor on it.

This is off putting, and he comes across as a jerk. It's like Jesus man I get the freaking joke...you got bootlegged and decided to make a "edgy" marketing video. This is just cringe the way he talks down to the viewer.

Agreed. The overall concept is good; a how-to rip us off but you can't because we do xyz so well. Execution is lacking and distasteful, especially with the snide remarks.

It didn't feel very douchey to me. And I think he has good reason to be angry – I know that I would be if folks were ripping off my hard work.

I was really into the video but all of a sudden out of nowhere at the end (around 11:15) he says something along the lines of "And there you go, knocking off my bag is easier than beating your wife and kids..."

Huh? He lost me immediately right there. That's not even remotely funny - it's distasteful. It serves no purpose at all.
