It looks like this is a thing. I thought it would be fun to see your homescreens. Post yours up and use the markdown image embed.

I've been experimenting with having my apps organized by color, as I instinctively look for them on that basis.
Working pretty well, though a lot of apps are updating thier icon shading with iOS7 upgrades and require re-shuffling on my homescreens as a result!
Niiiiice!
Seems I'm the odd one out with Android (well, CyanogenMod). Widgets are DashClock and Google Play Music My Library widget.
In the minority here with an Android
Nice, what is your android setup? I just switched to a Nexu 5 from an iphone and I am still searching for the best set up :)
What do you mean by best? The power of Android is that you can get exactly what you want.
Nice, which theme/tweaks do you use?
Thanks Joshua!
Hope this helps:
The app icons are a mixture of flaticonsios.com, flat7 and some of the default ones. I used iFile to modify them and I removed the app names and reduced the size of them using Bigify.
Zeppelin to remove the Network Operator.
The transparent dock is thanks to DockShift which allows you to set different backgrounds too and the folder transparency is implemented using HiddenSettings7.
I've read that some of these tweaks will be incorporated into the next version of Springtomize (3) but haven't had any problems with them so far nor has my phone had issues with battery life etc.
Lastly the background with the separator at the bottom was made in Photoshop Touch.
Thanks a lot, i will play around with it as soon as I jailbreak my device. Might you share the wallpaper (without the line)?
Certainly here you go: http://cl.ly/TAns
Badass.
Home sweet homescreen
I like the Apple icon for the Apple folder! Going to do that as well, thanks :-)
Have you noticed the page dots are off centre?
Woah! Nice catch. They are on mine too.
I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST ME AAAAAAAURGH
Apple does this to ensure that we are constantly in a state of disarray, constantly craving order, and end to the disarray, and a quell to the fires burning in our souls. A few pixels off, a lifetime misaligned.
Nice.
Danks!
I'd love your wallpaper. Where'd you get it?
It's one of the default wallpapers in iOS 7.
give me a break.
Sweet background.
thanks, it's a live wallpaper that comes standard with KitKat
Sweet. Pun intended.
Love your wallpaper! Where does it come from?
Is Weather Au an Australian weather app?
One of my beautiful screens.
Color-coding the icons is such a smart idea. Makes the one you want much easier to find quickly.
Exactly! I'm so obsessed with how my homescreen looks.
Where did you get the wallpaper?
I can't remember, but I'll upload it if you like. Edit: http://i.imgur.com/blhMVcR.jpg
Thanks.
It's by the one and only Louie Mantia, called "The Seas" http://mantia.me/wallpaper/
The contrast with everyone else's makes me feel really messy. :)
You guys should really differentiate your app icons (Guessing those are development versions). Facebook had a talk about their iOS architecture, and how they incorporated build numbers into their icons. — https://code.facebook.com/videos/232867676889263/facebook-s-ios-infrastructure-mobile-scale/
Great app by the way. Love it.
Yeah, that's a valid point we should add the version number on the icon for beta / alpha / dev releases. I just remember it as "the more right it is the less it should be for the public."
Can't guarantee others have the same setup.
iOS 7 makes everything look stupid ugly. Here's mine.
The ultimate minority:
No candy crack shame
I'm obsessed with colour coding :)
P.S. There needs to be more apps with purple icons, please!
It’s interesting you mention that—I also noticed a lack of prominent purple brands (does Yahoo! count? heehee).
We’re launching a product soon with purple as the primary color of the visual identity.
I like to box name idea, very cool.
Oh man, you're loaded.
What's up though?
This is more like homescreen 2012-2013 for me. hasn't changed much. To summarize, I use keep as a short-term thought/note inbox, sometimes use a don't-break-the-chain widget (haven't been using it much lately), and a lot of choices for all the other actions.
Pretty vanilla
Only 6 unread emails.
I guess I am N00B. Here is the link. http://cl.ly/image/151k1j0C050R
This is my favorite so far! Can you upload the background?
Thanks! I found it here http://evilbright.deviantart.com/art/Morning-Mist-Wallpaper-139137568
...
I have to ask. What do you use pastebot for?
Mainly for tossing text/photos/etc. back and forth with my laptop.
Where did you get the wallpaper ?
It's a modified desktop wallpaper I've had for ages that I cropped to fit the iPhone 5 w/parallax. Not sure where I got it back in the day...
How do you feel about your fuel band?
I feel good thanks ! i like to make fuel ! :)
So I basically took one of my photo's and blurred them to use as background. This way, it feels much nicer for the eyes and it doesn't get messy. I've also ordered my apps alphabetically.
Very blue. I like it a lot.
ah iOS autocorrected it - uploading anything via mobile is still a pain in 2014.
I hate how "Designer News" gets shortened. Gross.
Yeah, just over the size limit unfortunately.
You'll want to add the meta tag with name="apple-mobile-web-app-title" & content="DN" or whatever you like to provide instead of the default shortening...
Aw yeah. Thanks.
I keep organized, and I have a ton of apps. I don't like to have the bottom two rows full, so I have a second page that looks like this one before I go to games pages.
