I know I may be considered crazy but I just switched from an iphone to a Nexus 5 and I'm looking for the best set up.
I'd be glad to help you out, but what exactly do you mean by best setup? The best apps to install? Customization?
While it's outdated now I have a post on my blog re: my favorite Android apps. I answer this question quite often and there really is no right answer. It's literally all about personal preference.
Here are some additional apps I've been using recently: * Reddit Sync Pro - I no longer use Flow for Reddit * Light Manager - Easily customize your LED notifications. This replaced LightFlow for me recently as it's much less resource intensive. * HN - Hacker News Reader * doubleTwist Music Player - This is what I use to download & listen to my podcasts. * DropSync - There are several alternatives to DropSync such as DropSpace and CloudPipes. I love these apps since it gives me the ability to sync, download, or upload local directories on my phone to Dropbox (i.e. sdcard/Pictures/Screenshots/ -> Dropbox/Screenshots/).
If you have any more questions ask away - I'd love to help. You can contact me via Google Hangouts at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you're interested in rooting and flashing custom ROMs, Kernels, etc. it's a cinch - literally (because you own a Nexus).
