Makes a good point, although the article is a tad self-serving...
The main reason you should avoid medium is because they play with your audience and your content. The initial pump of audience bias you towards good feelings, that's why you go there, but in the long term, you lose a lot: they control everything, and after some time, your URLs will belong to them. That's why I always advocate for self-hosting + domain.
I'm not a blogger or a growth expert, but always assumed that you would write an article on your platform/site and then post on medium to try and direct traffic back to yourself.
That's one way to approach it. Ideally, since you can't use canonical tags, you need to wait to republish to avoid making the SEO gods angry (https://www.searchenginejournal.com/duplicate-content-medium-linkedin-bad-seo/155072/#close), but even then there may be some penalties.
I don’t think so that someone should stop blogging about its company because according to my observation it comes in the marketing strategy and if a company has the best marketing terms like Essay Writing Help 24/7 and condition then this company can progress too.
