Hi folks,

I am on the look of getting a UI/UX designer job. I did a job interview at an agency last week and the feedback was that the director think I may struggle to express myself during important client presentations in front of senior professionals.

I know designer is a role that needs to present on a regular basis as well as negotiating design approvals but as a junior designer this is something I cannot overcome overnight and English is not my first language so this is my weakest ability at present. What should I do about this and still get a job?
