Kyocera Document Solutions Europe streamlines customer journey by launching innovative new website

Hoofddorp, The Netherlands – 29 April 2019: Kyocera Document Solutions Europe, one of the world’s leading document solutions companies, has launched a new website which uses cutting-edge resources and elegant design to make the user experience clear, yet effective. The project forms the latest development in their ongoing Digital Experience Transformation Programme and can be found at https://www.kyoceradocumentsolutions.eu/en.html.

With the aim of optimising the user experience, Kyocera offers an insights hub which provides visitors with an introduction to the world of digital transformation and hardware solutions. This is fuelled in part by the creation of Smarter Workspaces, an area which is regularly updated with expert opinions and analysis of the latest trends within the field.

As part of the launch, Kyocera uses the latest technology from Adobe in order to tailor the user journey to each individual visitor to the website. Combined with Salesforce tools, the platform provides a highly personalised user experience which automatically adapts to any device to provide a user-friendly design which is simple to navigate. This ensures that the new user interface will maintain the eye-catching design, which makes information easy to identify and read, as well as responsive and quick to load.

The project, which first began in October 2017, reaches its first major milestone with the European-wide launch. By the end of 2019, the new platform will be rolled out across 17 different markets within the EMEA region, each adapted to the relevant language and product offering. This will sustain brand consistency across the territory and provide a platform for lead generation campaigns to boost sales.

Kyocera Document Solutions UK will be the first national website to launch, incorporating a wide range of expertise and information adapted to the needs of their local market.
