TL; DR Last year I did an anonymous Google Spreadsheet where designers could add their salary. These are the results.

The "long" version

English I want to share with you a study I did last year. I wanted to know the real salaries in UI/UX and other jobs related to the digital world... so I created an anonymous Excel where everyone could write their information.

The data was then converted to infographics, so it's easier and faster to understand it (even if spanish is not your primary language).

Main points:

• UI/UX salaries are between 18k and 42k

• Graphic design salaries are between 15k and 38k

• We have a wage gap between men and women (13,3%)

• Most of the people feel poorly paid and little valued

Spanish Quiero compartir con ustedes un estudio que hice el año 2018. Quise conocer cuales son los salarios REALES en UI/UX y profesiones relacionadas con el sector digital, así que creé un Excel anónimo en el que cualquiera podía incluir su información.

Los datos los ilustramos en formato infografía, por lo que no hace falta leer demasiado el contenido.

Puntos principales:

• UI/UX, entre 18.000 y 42.000€ anuales

• Diseñador gráfico, entre 15.000 y 38.000€ anuales

• Existe diferencia de salario entre hombres y mujeres (13,3%)

• La mayoría se siente mal pagado y poco valorado
