We are currently seeking a Visual Designer to join our Design team to understand our customers’ needs, translate them into an beautiful and effective visual language, and collaborate with other designers and engineers to build solutions to these needs within our products. 

In short, we are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to help us define and build a platform that will transform how we all manage our lives. 

Our ideal candidate
  • Formal art and design education or significant professional experience
  • 2+ years of visual design experience at a top-tier organization
  • An ability to efficiently produce elegant, effective, and thoughtful visual graphical assets
  • Experience in designing and prototyping animated visuals
  • Deep understanding of the functional aspects of color, form, and motion, and an interest in creating universally accessible experiences
  • A desire to learn and improve on a daily basis through design sessions, mentorship and reading
  • Creativity, courage, empathy and stamina are integral to you as a person and employee

Bonus points for
  • Programming or UI prototype experience (Invision App, etc)
  • Analytical visualization expertise
  • Agile Product Owner certification

What you will be doing 
  • Create high res mockups for identified strategy and solutions in Sketch
  • Establish the look and feel for all Way2B1 interfaces
  • Develop and maintain a style guide for product/company
  • Design logos, icons and infographics
  • Create and organize production assets
  • Resize assets for different devices — tablet, mobile and web
  • Source images (stock photos and video footage)
  • Work with a component library
  • Work on email marketing items, presentation materials and interactive event materials
  • Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
  • Bonus points:
  • Creates usable CSS to achieve complex graphical displays in applications or website 
  • Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes or screen mockups
  • Have basic coding knowledge so you can work hand-in-hand with coders
