We are currently seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our Product team to understand our customers’ needs, translate them into stories, collaborate with designers and engineers to build solutions to these needs within our products. 

In short, we are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to help us define and build a platform that will transform how we all manage our lives. 

Our ideal candidate
  • 5+ years of product management experience at a startup or technology focused company
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of customer needs and priorities and use the insight to create effective delivery plans for features/products 
  • Expertise in wielding usage analytics to make informed product decisions
  • Talents in mentoring junior product owners and helping them progress
  • A desire to learn and improve on a daily basis through design sessions, mentorship and reading
  • Creativity, courage, empathy and stamina are integral to you as a person and employee

Bonus points for
  • Programming experience
  • Design experience and/or formal design training
  • Agile Product Owner certification



What you will be doing 
  • Responsible for the delivery of product requirements as Product Owner
  • Provide product vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements 
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities 
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Evaluate user metrics to determine which stories were effective and which need more work
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Follow our competitors and the industry 
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
