  • Mentor junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills

Your Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years experience leading design teams to build mobile and web products at a startup or agency environment, with a stunning portfolio that speaks to your experience.
  • Excellence in written, oral, and visual presentation of your work and the ability to tailor your presentation to your audience.

  • Proven ability to enhance and integrate new workflows and techniques.
  • Experience leading design teams through complicated and uncertain situations.
  • Experience in mentoring designers.
  • Experience with highly efficient and rapid iteration with a good balance of pushing designs further and moving forward with learnings.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
  • BONUS: Fluency in illustration, motion, code, 3D, VR, photography.
