With our extensive experience in product design and obsessive attention to detail, we felt it was necessary to make a phone much better than what’s currently available. OnePlus builds beautifully designed devices with the highest quality, because our users would never settle for anything else.   
This job requires a great understanding of digital marketing best practices and a good knowledge of the wider media landscape (including all Digital creative formats, traditional media including OOH). You will be working alongside a team of designers from all over the world. You need to be very structured in your work approach, managing your time against various competing deadlines. This is a full-time position based in New York but may require international travel.
Responsibilities:

  • Concept and execution creative for campaigns of varying scale and complexity for global social media, email marketing campaigns, web banners, illustrations, motion graphics, and rich media content to engage new customers.
  • Understand the scope of a project and can clearly articulate ideas.
  • Ensure all designs produced deliver an elevated user experience.
  • Maintain brand aesthetic and standards across all channels.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process.
  • Ensure deadlines are met; can balance long-term and short-term projects simultaneously. 
  • Manage time and prioritize daily workload.
  • Stay up to with the latest trends and propose new ideas for layouts and functionality.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements in the online retail space and support innovative thinking. 
  • Must be comfortable with fast paced environment. 
  • Identify areas of opportunity and propose solutions.
Requirements:

  • 3+ year’s relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability taking campaigns from conception to creation of assets.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in articulating design concepts and rationales.
  • Excellent sense of aesthetic design and a keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy and composition.
  • Master of digital designs, some experience in print and OOH preferred.
  • Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
  • Willing to travel internationally.
  • Technical knowledge of smartphone products, especially Android OS and related ROMs a plus.
