There are a couple related terms I quite like: concepts around translation that suggest skill and fluency in multiple areas, and the idea of a director as someone with vision and taste to produce work by corralling and focussing a diverse range of skills to a unified whole. Those aren't as descriptive as "generalist," but I find a lot of times people better understand what you do by telling them your day to day instead of your title. That's tough to fit on a business card, though.
