Seems to be broken. I've tried adding something with the plus button on the bottom right, but after dialing in the dimensions it neither creates an artboard, nor adds something to the list.

  Yep, same here. I saw in one of the videos that there are supposed to be a few standard artboard sizes that aren't there either. Strange.
