I think a good starting point would be to convert to a word doc and then importing that into Google Drive. If that's not a strategy, you could export as PDF, then convert to Doc and then import that. No guarantee of retaining data. You could also try copying and pasting the elements straight into word and see if the elements carry over (I know it works the other way, I.e. Import a table from word to dream weaver and you get the whole table coded).
