Does anyone use InVision DSM?

I looked into it for a long time and just switched to Figma. There are some things that make it difficult compared to Invision/Sketch but overall so much easier with version control and multiplayer. Syncing with Craft took hours a week from my productivity.

We recently did the same thing.

Sketch has some amazing speed advantages for me (great short cuts, lightning fast export option), but Figma's components just feel more robust. And a design system is only as solid as its components.

I think you are talking about something different. A design system can be independent of the software you are using to design and might be used by people from all departments of an organisation. This is a design system: and the OP is talking about using "Invision Design System Manager" to unify all the examples, guidelines, assets etc. in one place. It's not really about sketch vs figma vs xd or whatever software people are using to create the assets/prototypes. A design system these days would typically link to code examples as well and maybe even embed react components from something like storybook.
