    The only comment is to actually talk to your customers to verify your assumptions. Otherwise you might build out features that no one wants or one individual is trying to push it for themselves. Either way it's a great activity to run to get your team thinking.

      Exactly! To verify assumptions you have to start somewhere. The framework I've described in the article gives you a solid working base to test and verify your hypotheses.

        Could just be because you say "conducting user research" in the title but I didn't see much conducting going on. It's just user and job stories with lite to no application.

        For example how do you know Minute Clinic is a name that resounds with the outlined users? How many users did you run tests with? What assumptions did you find were invalid about the initial profiles.
