    short answer, kinda yes, but very different. long answer, depends on the evolution of what a UI kit is / was / and will be, if its a pre-styled limited resource that comes with zero code and is replaced by a smart wire-frame (style neutral) library all connected back to a central style guide allowing each user to style the entire library independently with new elements / components being added month-on-month and shipped with code, powered by a community of designers and developers who can contribute and upvote on what components are added next, then the answer is yes, this is UI Kit 2.0
