I've been using Basecamp for a long time. We tried Asana where I worked before, it just didn't work for me. Recently I've found a couple of new tools: 1) I've been intrigued with www.getblimp.com. 2) For sharing designs and getting feedback, I'm liking what I see in http://viewflux.com/

How do you like Basecamp? I've been using it for years, but it just feels so stale and clunky these days compared to modern app experiences.

I still like it because of its simplicity. It may sound stupid but perhaps the biggest use for me is the ability to carry out discussions via email, while being able to go back to the thread on basecamp and view the discussion in isolation from your regular email inbox noise.
