      I know the artist has commented below, but this is one of the reasons my hobbies are purely mechanical and analogue - when I was at Uni and in my first postings, I was young and full of piss and vinegar and would do creative projects all the time and be learning on the PC late into the night.

      Then the years in the industry catch up, and you realise you're going soft. Now days I try to limit my "digital life" at home to listening to Spotify while I do other projects, as well as the occasional freelance job to earn some extra pocket money. But I think it's important for your mental health (and your physical health) to have a hobby which you look forward to at the end of the day which doesn't constrain yourself to a screen.

      To those that do, however, get home after the 9-5 and continue to fight the good creative/digital fight.. I commend you. It's too much for me.
