This is actually already a native feature in Mac OS. If you press Command + Shift + /
in any app, type the shortcut you want to use and then hit the down arrow—you can see exactly where the option is on the context menu and its shortcut.

Nice. You know what would make a service like this really useful IMO? To have it as a native menubar app you can search through. Opening up a web browser, going to this site, clicking on Sketch then doing CMD + F is more hassle than just googling the shortcut and I would not see myself reaching for this when needing a shortcut.
