It's a pretty simple setup: I have the Google Drive app installed and set it to sync everything in its folder. I keep all my work in the Drive folder, which means whenever I save a file, it automatically creates a new version and saves the old one. This also means that everyone always has access to the latest version of a file without me having to exchange files back and forth.
