Designers who can't graphic design and the ones who adopt/ complain about terms are super confusing.
I get it's a joke, but people seem to go awfully far out of their way to say "i don't like thing, so it is thoughtless"
It gets tiresome because people on designer news spend more time being snarky about content they don't like instead of actually commenting on things they' do like, or things they actually are interested in discussing.
It makes the community seem super circle jerky and off putting.
