    1. I’ve tried Zotero, but I really didn’t like it. I don’t even know where to start - the user interface is terrible, it doesn’t automatically cite URLs and so on, and it’s built in Java and looks and behaves like Limewire did 10 years ago. Not that I don’t appreciate the functionality, it all works really well in practice and I’m sure for some people it does everything they need. It’s just not what I want to use.

    2. I haven’t experimented with the pricing at all yet, and you’re probably right.

    3. A large part of them is from one institutional partner. The others are friends of friends and some from Adwords. I also tweeted at people who were complaining about RefMe going away and suggested they try Citationsy, that seemed to work very well.

    4. I know, the Google thing is annoying. Me and my girlfriend went through a bunch of different options for the names and decided on this one. I hope Google will sort itself out.
