InVision works alright for smaller teams, but the feedback I've gotten from non-designers is that it's hard to find the right screenshots if you have 3-4 projects going on at the same time. I typically have 8... it gets messy.
JIRA seems to be the go to choice for larger teams and luckily you can embed InVision right in to JIRA too with the right plugin. But JIRA's ticket system gets messy for everyone who isn't managing JIRA... what people usually want is just a list of stories and a way to tag each one with a design.
Unfortunately I don't believe anyone has nailed design collaboration yet.
