    The Magical Number Seven, Plus or Minus Two: Some Limits on Our Capacity for Processing Information by George Miller, a paper submitted in 1956

    I don't know how many UX/UI designers have read about this but I believe this should a bible for information chunking. The human brain can best crunch information when in chunks of seven +/- two.

    The American telephone numbers without the area code are seven digits. Seven deadly sins, seven notes of the musical scale, seven days of the week, seven primary colors.. the application is endless. It's just a simple google search away.
