Are we familiar with Design Sprints? I get so excited any time a client comes in and wants to run a sprint. Ideally, in that one week, I can help my clients validate (or even better, invalidate) an idea before any development even starts on* a project. Is anyone else out there running sprints frequently?
The sprint is a five-day process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers. Developed at Google Ventures.
