State of affairs: Bootstrap 4 vs Foundation 6.2(dannyherran.com)

    Some of these line items are comparing apples and oranges — for instance Forms & Design. Bootstrap is used to build Twitter so the forms are heavily styled, whereas Foundation is just that, a foundation to build upon so there is very minimal styling and it's easy to customize and make it your own.

      Twitter probably doesn't use any of Bootstrap anymore.

      I copy-pasted the forms, buttons, and dropdown styles from an early beta of Bootstrap right into Twitter.com's codebase years ago. Since then, however, they've made rather sweeping changes to their site, and I highly doubt they're using Bootstrap on the production site at this point.
