I think this is sweet, the hover states are clever.
However, something about the thickness of the borders is throwing me off. Some areas are clickable, some aren't, but all are the same noise (LOUD!). I wish more of the perforations and cut marks were more clearly indicative of something to interact with.

Also, the order a paper "website" is killer.
