Thanks for the comment actually! I am glad you asked :)
I've actually included smart objects into the bitmap group because I felt like it belonged there. That would have made an 1.6% difference though.
Pattern fill was actually merged into the same group as Vectors actually. We've included all fills (color, gradient, pattern ) into this group. We could have probably excluded pattern fill and included into bitmaps but the difference would be really small - about 0.7%
It's the percentage of layers that contained these style. 5% did not have any effects. We've only analyzed vector shapes for this. We could have present that more clearly.
All text justifications were below 1%, so we rounded that up.
I hope that answers your questions.

Thanks. Those seems like sensible choices. :)

Thanks for the additional info!

Nice stats. A few questions.
Layer styles
Does “bitmap layers” include pattern fills and smart objects with bitmaps in them?
Layer effects
I'm confused by the layer effects section.
I assume they include vector fills and vector gradients (non-layer effects versions)? If not, why not? Why do they add up to 95%? Should they add up to 100%, but the 5% difference is due to rounding? Why should they add up to 100%? Surely a layer could contain all of those effects?
Paragraph style
72% left + 23% centre + 5% right. Does that mean 0% justified?
I’ll leave it at that for now. :P Sorry for being a pedant, but the stats left me with more questions than answers.
