    I think "experiencing the creative freedom" to the hands of non-designers/developers will be an issue in the future and probably taking one step forward but 3 steps back. We have reached this point where RWD certainly feels blockish/cardish but the overall experience feels right and works around a more user-centered approach.

    If you start moving the elements around because it "looks" beautiful, it certainly will cause issues which will bring us back to the "golden" days where there is no design guidelines in place.

    I might not articulate my thoughts well but I hope someone get what I'm trying to say :)

    But of course the idea of live-editing the content in this case will help a lot and saves tons of time. If you could somehow take that bit out and put it into existing sites built by designers/developers just for content editing then I'd say its powerful.
